We have developed a functional prototype of an automatic purge device, which allows the billets to be heated to the last piece on induction continual heaters. The main purpose of automatic pushout device is to minimize material waste and energy loss. Additional benefits include increasing the level of automation and safety.
Unlike competing systems that use a chain of dummy billets, our system uses long bars that automatically rearrange themselves from one on top of each other to one behind the other. This unique solution brings advantages in saving space and overall simplicity, which has a positive effect on production costs and reliability.
The Billet Pushout Device is protected by a utility model registered on 12 July 2022 by the Industrial Property Office.
