COMPLETE EQUIPMENT FOR INDUCTION HEATING
The bin tipper is used to empty material from a transport bin or cart by lifting and inverting it. The industrial use of bin tippers is various. In automatic induction heating lines the bin tipper usually spill out billets into the vibratory bowl feeder or step feeder.
We produce bin tippers of various sizes and designs with a load capacity of up to several tons. The tilting mechanism may be rotating or a combination of lifting and rotating. The large rotation angle ensures safe dumping of all material. The mechanism is usually hydraulic or chain driven. The transport bin may be loaded into the tipper by a forklift, a hand pallet truck or a crane. After loading, the bin is automatically secured against falling out.
