Wir haben einen zweistufigen Blockerwärmer mit einer Leistung von 1350 kW hergestellt. Die Blöcke werden direkt aus dem Transportbehälter von einem Roboter mit maschinellem Sehen in die Induktionsanlage geladen (bin picking). Die Induktionsanlage wird Teil einer neuen Schmiedelinie sein, die von einem tschechischen Unternehmen nach Ungarn geliefert wird.

Pro slovenského zákazníka jsme vyrobili ohřívač pro lisování rotoru na hřídel za tepla. Ohřev se skládá z indukční a odporové části. Zařízení je zastavěno do automatické výrobní linky.

Für einen slowakischen Kunden haben wir eine Induktionsanlage zum Heißpressen von einem Rotor auf einer Welle hergestellt. Die Erwärmung besteht aus einer Induktions- und einem Widerstandheizung. Die Induktionsanlage wird in eine automatische Produktionslinie eingebaut.

Pro českého výrobce pružin jsme vyrobili indukční zařízení, které ohřívá tyče a dráty pro navíjení pružin za tepla. Součástí zařízení je zakládací systém, který z narovnané zásoby odebírá tyče po jedné.
