Output mechanisms (modules)

All systems on this page handle the removal and extraction of billets from the inductor output port.

Roller Extractor

• for longer billets
• can be equipped with a joined-billet separator

• economically priced
• designed for short billets (to ~ 180 mm)
• can be equipped with a joined-billet separator

Gravity Chute and Roller Extractor Combined

• for both long and short billet applications
• can be equipped with a billet separator
• fast and convenient exchange between the two different
• output systems

Jaw Extractor

• for both long and short billets
• helps protects the inductor lining in its outlet port
• cannot be equipped with a billet separator
